The difficulty level of trekking in Nepal starts from easy grade to extremely challenging. Even a short trek can be hard for trekkers with low physical fitness level and stamina. Besides physical fitness level and stamina, you also need proper cardio – vascular ability and mental toughness. There are many trekking routes in Nepal that go beyond 3000 m altitude. High – altitude places are risk zone for threats like the altitude sickness. Note down that the threat of altitude sickness is real and it can be fatal.
